We work on a project basis (in the EU and beyond), to this day we have already implemented over 320 projects and currently, we are working on another 45 projects. We have a wide range of clients from the financial sector, fintech, government projects, manufacturing companies etc.

WHAT WE DO

We are set up to provide our customers with end-to-end support in the process of developing software solutions:

• Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation and IT/business consultancy;
• User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
• Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .NET, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, Python.
• Complete Data Warehouse solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle and Microsoft platforms.
• Avalanche has been the central counterparty for multiple major banking projects in the Scandinavia and Baltics, in areas such as lending automation, regulatory reporting and calculations, integrations, governance, risk and compliance, Basel II/III, Stress Testing, AML/KYC.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant financial, payroll, and accounting operations within the company. You will take ownership of monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, bookkeeping, and financial compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with local labor and tax regulations.

You will work closely with management, maintaining structured financial records, supporting reporting obligations, and ensuring that all financial processes are reliable and transparent.

DO YOU HAVE...

🌟 Experience in payroll processing.

🌟 Practical knowledge of local labor law and payroll-related tax regulations.

🌟 Experience preparing and submitting tax reports (including VAT, if applicable).

🌟 Experience supporting annual tax filings and preparing annual financial reports.

🌟 Hands-on bookkeeping experience and understanding of general ledger principles.

🌟 Experience working with accounting systems (Business Central experience would be an advantage).

🌟 Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.

🌟 Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🌟 Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

ARE YOU WILLING TO...

🚀 Process monthly salaries for up to 15 employees accurately and on time.

🚀 Prepare and submit payroll-related tax declarations in compliance with local regulations.

🚀 Ensure compliance with local labor and tax legislation.

🚀 Prepare and submit tax reports (including VAT, if applicable).

🚀 Prepare and submit statistical reports, if required locally.

🚀 Support annual tax filings and prepare the annual financial report.

🚀 Verify and post supplier invoices (approx. 10 per month).

🚀 Record accounting entries and maintain accurate general ledger records in Business Central.

🚀 Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
