Yes, you can! That's our attitude towards our work, ambitions, ideas, and relationships. We at Luminor believe that anyone has the potential to achieve big things and encourage everyone to achieve them, professionally and personally.
Whoever you are and whatever your role is, with Luminor, you will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a local banking champion.
As a Product Owner, you will work with the Lead Product Owner, Nika Lomidze, for our Digital Channels and help him deliver our two most visible products: the Mobile App and the Corporate Internet Bank. We are in a massive phase of migration and creation. We are moving from legacy systems to a modern, state-of-the-art digital experience. The stakes are high, the deadlines are tight, and the impact is huge.
Who You Are:
- "No" is not an answer: When you hit a wall, you don't stop. You find a way around, over, or through it. You are a solution-finder, not a blocker
- You love the hustle: You aren't afraid of tight deadlines. In fact, they motivate you. You thrive in a high-paced environment where we are racing to deliver value
- You believe in evolution: You know that everything can be improved. You have a constant drive to make the product better, faster, and smoother
- You are an Executor: You don't just talk about Agile; you do it. You run ceremonies efficiently, you keep the backlog clean, and you unblock your developers daily
- Own the Delivery: Work directly with Lead PO to execute the roadmap for the Mobile App OR Web platform
- Master the Ceremonies: You will facilitate the heartbeat of the team—Standups, Refinements, Planning, and Reviews. You ensure the team knows exactly what to build and why
- Prioritize Ruthlessly: We have a lot to build. You will manage the backlog, ensuring the team is always working on the highest-value items that get us closer to our migration goals
- Bridge the Gap: You translate complex business needs (and my vision) into clear, technical user stories that developers can pick up and code immediately
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst in Digital Channels (Mobile Apps or Web Portals), or Experience in Banking/Fintech would be a strong plus
- Delivery Focus: A track record of shipping products. You have been through releases, migrations, and "go-live" moments
- Agile Fluency: You know how to run a Scrum/Kanban team effectively
- Communication: You speak fluent English and can hold your ground with stakeholders and engineers alike
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
- International teams. Teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun
- Culture. You’ll be joining a team where things move fast, ideas flow freely, and change is part of the everyday. It’s a dynamic environment that keeps you learning, growing, and never bored
- More vacation. Additional weeks of vacation are available to all employees who have been in the company for 1 year or more
- Volunteer time off. We care about giving back to society, therefore, you will get additional days off for volunteering purposes
- Paid leave. We are proud of our employees who are participating in military training. Therefore, Luminor offers 30 fully paid calendar days for military training every year
- Health benefits. A competitive benefits package in addition to your salary that includes health insurance after the first 3 months pass in all three Baltic states, as well as Health days in case of your absence due to sickness without a doctor's note needed
- Wellbeing. Access to tools and resources that help you feel good and be productive at work and in life
- Professional growth. Internal and external training programs, LinkedIn learning, workshops, conferences, online training, etc
- Special Offer for Luminor products & services. Enjoy special offers & pricing for products and services provided by Luminor
- Gross salary. 4,000 - 6,000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
