Role Summary

The Integrations Department operates with a clear dual mandate. Internally, we focus on software development and tooling to drive deep system insights and optimize our infrastructure and operations. Externally, we provide expert integration support, guiding partners through seamless technical onboarding to our platform. We are seeking engineers who can effortlessly balance building robust internal systems while ensuring our clients succeed.

Core Responsibilities

Internal Ecosystem & Analytics

• System Architecture: Design and maintain robust integrations between internal engineering tools, financial tracking systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Data Pipeline Management: Develop automated pipelines to provide leadership with accurate, real-time metrics regarding company progress and financial health.
• Process Optimization: Identify workflow bottlenecks and build custom solutions to improve cross-departmental efficiency.

External Client Integrations

• Technical Onboarding: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients integrating with our crypto payment processing platform.
• API Integration Support: Guide client developers through our API documentation, advising on authentication, webhooks, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot implementation errors in real-time, ensuring a secure and optimized integration to our payment gateway.

Required Skill Set

• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and general software development (TypeScript + React TSX), with a strict focus on data integrity.
• Domain Knowledge: A practical understanding of blockchain transactions and crypto-wallet architecture.
• Communication: Fluent English and the ability to explain complex technical requirements clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
