We are looking for a versatile professional who can act as the operational right-hand for the Chief of Staff. This role is a force multiplier, helping to increase the effectiveness of the Chief of Staff and the wider organization. The role combines focus on operational support, internal communication and project management.
Your day-to-day:
- Acting as the right hand to the Chief of Staff, managing key priorities across the organization. This includes supporting leadership in ongoing projects and initiatives;
- Providing hands-on executive support to the Chief of Staff and leadership team, including logistics coordination, vendor communication, drafting and editing materials, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks;
- Owning the internal communication channels (Slack; Confluence). Creating and distributing key content to ensure the entire team is aligned and informed;
- Preparing content and presentations for company-wide or leadership meetings (e.g. All Hands, OKR check-ins, Board meetings);
- Supporting the OKR planning & execution process by tracking progress, sending reminders, and preparing presentations;
- Managing small to medium-scale projects and internal initiatives - creating and aligning project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Leading cultural and operational projects, such as managing the company's merch vision and vendors/logistics; organizing and coordinating Decodo internal events;
- Assisting with the preparation for meetings (agenda drafts, pre-reads, presentations, documents). As well as, managing follow-ups and action items from key meetings
- Improving and documenting organizational processes to enhance teams’ efficiency and productivity
- 1+ years of experience in project management or 2+ years of experience in high-paced administrative/operational/Executive assistant role;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
- Basic knowledge of project management principles;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and shifting scopes;
- Strong ownership mindset and initiative;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
- High structure and organizational skills

- Gross salary: 2000 - 2900 EUR/month.
