Business Analyst

Our team is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive improvements in organizational performance through data analysis and to translate business needs into technical specifications, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision making.

Main responsibilities:

• Accurately determine, assign and manage project tasks and activities both internally and externally;
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT;
• Define project functional technical requirements, identify project milestones, phases, and elements needed to complete;
• Engage and manage project stakeholders to make the project a success;
• Determine project costs, control all project-related risks.

Main requirements:

• Solid experience in integration project management and business/systems analysis;
• Experience working in software development and leading project/product teams;
• Prior experience in mobile application development is an advantage;
• Strong conceptual and process-focused thinking abilities;
• Ability to develop and manage project plans to execute on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Thorough attention to detail, highly organized and adaptable to shifting business priorities;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
