We’re looking for a Junior Resource Manager to support the staffing and coordination of our consulting teams across Southern Europe and Latin America.
This is an early-career role designed for professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are looking to grow in resource management within a consulting or professional services environment.
The role focuses on coordination, planning, and operational support. It does not include direct people management responsibilities, but it offers strong exposure to consulting operations and stakeholder collaboration in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the allocation of junior consultants to projects and workshops.
- Coordinate with Project Team Leads to understand upcoming staffing needs.
- Assist in assigning external facilitators from the approved BTS facilitator pool.
- Track consultant availability, assignments, and utilization data.
- Maintain and update resourcing and planning tools and reports.
- Identify potential resourcing conflicts and escalate appropriately.
- Support the continuous improvement of resourcing processes.
- 2-4 years of experience in coordination, operations, resource planning, HR, or project support roles (consulting or professional services is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in staffing, coordination, and consulting operations.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish, Italian and Portuguese are a strong plus.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel, and other planning tools.
- Experience with resource management or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Well-organized and reliable.
