🔎 Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team. You will be a strategic partner for internal and stakeholders and product managers, helping to define the product roadmap by balancing user needs with business goals. You won't just design interfaces; you will solve complex problems and translate them into seamless, scalable product experiences. If you are knowledgeable and passionate about crypto and blockchain technologies, are hungry for a challenge, and are looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment, then this role is for you!

💻 What You'll Be Doing

• You will learn Venga's existing UX/UI and design system to a level of ownership equal to Venga's Product Managers.
• You will maintain and perfect Venga's design system, ensuring all projects are well set up across all our environments.
• Working closely with Product Managers, you will create low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final UX/UI designs for our mobile app and web.•You will assist Venga's front-end and mobile teams to help answer any questions on design rules they may have.
• You will be the main point of contact for Venga's Product Managers and will assist the team with fixing design errors, bugs, and corrections and creating new designs if and when necessary.
• You will also set up a framework for conducting continuous UX/UI testing to identify and resolve UX/UI-related issues.
• You will ensure that Venga's design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within all design work.
• You will continuously research new UX/UI ideas and propose them to the Venga team when designing.
• While your main focus is the product, you will ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, collaborating with Marketing when necessary to align the product experience with our communication.
• You will be responsible for the UI/UX of our Retool-based backoffice, building the front-end interface and coordinating with Backend engineers for the technical implementation.

👤 Who You Are & What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a proven ability to think in systems and a track record of shipping successful digital products.
• You have a product mindset: you understand business KPIs and how design can move the needle on user retention and conversion.
• You have a successful track record and a strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI designs focusing on mobile applications.
• Advanced level of English.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design-
• Professional certifications in UX/UI Design are a big plus!
• Prior professional experience in a startup environment working on UX/UI design in crypto and Web3 is a huge plus.
• We work in Figma, so a deep understanding of Figma is required.
• You have an in-depth understanding of how design systems are set up and their best practices for desktop, iOS, Android, and Web.
• Excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the scrum framework.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
• You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
• You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
