The role: Product & Strategic project manager

We have collected millions of data-points by proactively engaging tens of tens of thousands candidates monthly talent in the industries finance, IT/TECH, construction, infrastructure and mgmt. consulting and this is where you come in.

The capabilities are endless and your work will impact both top-line and bottom-line. Increased revenue and operational efficiency while at the same spreading happiness by reducing manual work-load to all the employees of the company.

You will work with a highly ambitious team and this role is a key role in succeeding with our high set goals, vision and mission.

Responsibilities

a)     Drive strategic projects across multiple functions to increase revenue and improve efficiency

b)    Drive technical implementation to improve operational efficiency and translate operational bottle-necks into prioritized product features

a)     Strategy execution – taking part in projects with sometimes tough deadlines and complex problem-solving means digging in

b)    Ad-hoc analysis to support the leadership team to take faster and more qualitative decisions

About you and what we are looking for:

a)     Engineering | Business administration | Math, with 3+ years of experience from consulting from a top tier firm or 5+ experience from similar roles in a highly ambitious company or scale-up

b)    Analytical | Problem-solver | Team-player
