One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will be joining a fast-paced environment where new discoveries are frequent and require constant adaptation. You will manage direct customer interaction, high impact, and tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
- 3 years of experience in product management.
- 1 year of experience working with enterprise customers or partners to both understand their challenges and design, and ship a product solution to address them.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating an engaging business messaging platform.
- Spend time with customers, users, and partners around the world both virtually and physically, understand their needs, and translate them to the future of global communication.
- Identify the impact opportunities both for Google and the entire RCS ecosystem which could be related to AI-powered agents, conversational design, commerce, trust and safety, personalized brand engagement, or other areas.
- Enable brands to create an engaging customer experience.
