We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our fast-paced and self-accountable team that delivers enterprise-level products for local and global markets. You will work with consultants, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, mobile, backend and front-end developers to deliver best-in-class digital products.

What will you do?

· You will manage delivery teams across software maintenance and development projects, guiding them through development, support, and maintenance processes, software delivery best practices, SLAs, and change management.

· You will ensure that software development project processes are in place to meet business needs. While managing projects, you will ensure that client expectations and quality requirements are met, and that service support and delivery processes are effectively implemented to achieve project targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the implementation of projects,
• Ensure smooth execution of recurring business processes by understanding business cycles,
• Deliver projects in line with predefined revenue, utilization, cost, contribution margin, and target metrics,
• Own the Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes, ensuring high performance levels, accurate reporting, and the initiation of service improvement activities when required,
• Adjust project team staffing to secure project delivery ,
• Regularly report project delivery status to the Delivery Director,
• Support the Directors in bidding, sales, and marketing activities of adesso Türkiye,
• Act as the direct line manager for the project team(s) delivering projects for the specific client,
• As the owner of the escalation process, take ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination among resolving parties, effective stakeholder communication, and post-incident reviews.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development projects, with a strong mobile development background (mandatory),
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Team Lead,
• Proven experience in managing global and cross-functional projects,
• Solid experience working with an agile mindset; hands-on experience and knowledge of the Kanban Method and/or Scrum Framework,
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and third-party–delivered services,
• Excellent leadership and people management skills,
• Proficiency in English at a professional working level (both written and spoken).
