About the role

  • Coordination of reporting activities with the audit firm within the scope of quarterly IFRS and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) Independent Audit processes
  • Preparation and submission of financial reports and notes within the scope of monthly Group Reporting
  • Preparation of financial reports and information required for domestic and international issuances and borrowings.


General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Finance departments from universities (bachelor's degree)
  • Experience in the financial reporting departments of banks or in financial sector audits at independent auditing firms
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience for the Senior Specialist position, and at least 5 years for the Assistant Manager position
  • Knowledge and experience in financial reporting closing processes and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Continues to learn while sharing their experience
  • Can communicate effectively in teamwork
  • Follows innovations and adapts quickly to change
  • Reflects analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in their work
  • A proactive and solution-oriented professional who contributes to the corporate culture
