Our client, is looking for a Scrum Master, for a hybrid long term contract
Support the migration of complex clients to a new digital banking platform while enabling efficient and high-quality IT delivery through strong agile execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the migration of complex clients to a new digital banking platform while enabling efficient and high-quality IT delivery through strong agile execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for assigned agile squads
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Ensure adherence to Scrum and agile best practices
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders on priorities and outcomes
- Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement
- Track delivery metrics and report on squad performance
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in large, complex agile environments
- Proven team leadership and coaching experience at the Manager level
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong delivery, risk, and dependency management experience
- Scrum Master certification required
