As a DevOps leader, you will be responsible for building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in defining DevOps best practices, improving deployment velocity, enhancing system reliability, and reducing operational overhead through automation. This position requires a hands-on professional who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys solving infrastructure and scaling challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable deployments
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using modern tools and frameworks
  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance across systems
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment strategies
  • Strengthen system security through best practices in access control, network security, and compliance
  • Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
  • Continuously improve DevOps processes, tools, and governance standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
  • Experience implementing security best practices in cloud-native environments
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset
