About This Role

Our Product Management Early Careers Program is specifically designed to develop you across an 18 month period of learning, growth and delivery within our Product pillar here at Just Eat Takeaway.com.

Upon joining the Program you will undertake 3 defined rotations in different Product work streams across 18 months to layer your learning of the business. You will also develop your knowledge and understanding of projects and initiatives to support in delivering these successfully. You will complete a rotation within a Product Analytics team, this experience is designed to foster a strong data-driven mindset, enhancing your ability to source, analyse, and make informed decisions based on data, which will enhance your competencies as a Product Manager.

Location: Hybrid role - 3 days a week from the Amsterdam office and 2 days working from home

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop commercial/industry awareness and understanding the company vision and strategy to help create alignment direction for the team
• Communicate with stakeholders and keep the business informed throughout the product development process advising on functional solutions
• Collaborate with the stakeholders and UX teams to gain insights on customer and business needs to validate product ideas/ improvement opportunities
• Follow the product creation process and roadmap, identify and prepare work for development teams partnering with them to ensure that they deliver all capabilities on time and per expectation.
• Support and in time manage the efficient flow of work within the team and clarify teams’ responsibilities with the support of the Product Manager.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
• Build an understanding of the data landscape at JET, and what it takes to get good insights that drive decisions
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• A keen passion and understanding of a Product role
• You may have bootcamp, university or other recognised qualifications/experience but this is not essential
• An analytical thinker and strong problem solver
• A strong communicator able to collaborate with a humble inquisitive approach
• Ability to adapt and work in a truly international, dynamic business
• We can only consider candidates who hold a valid work permit in the Netherlands including EU right to work. It will be essential to verify that the visa is valid at the start date of the role**
