Responsibilities:
- Make up the internal financial account regulation under headquarter guide and carry out after approved
- Account for the company revenue, expenditure and cost.
- Record and supervise all aspect of company operating activities, receivables and accredited payables and complete the month end and year-end financial report
- Handle with the internal and external tax & audit department checking and supervise, prepare and provide related documents timely and truly.
- Maintain good relationship with tax& audit department.
- Hand with cash received, make account voucher, registration, bank statement, etc.
- Issue and keep invoice.
- Involve in making yearly budget and monthly capital plan and analysis the deviation from the actual situation.
- Review the staff bill of expense.
- Be responsible for contact with bank, audit, tax government department.
- Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for money received
- Company financing scenario design and negotiation, confirm reasonable and practical financing scenario, and execution.
- Be able to handle the external reporting to the China HQ office on time with good quality
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably Masters in relevant field – Finance / Accounting / Business Management
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial/accounting field
- Knowledge Oman tax law & regulation
- Familiar with account software, SAP, ERP and able to work effectively independently
- Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders
- Having the Accounting qualifications (CPA, CA or etc.) (not mandatory requirement)
- English language (Required). Arabic Language (Added Advantage)
- Oman Experience (Required)
- Oman Driving License (Required)
