We operate in the Digital Product & Technology sector, designing intuitive web and mobile experiences for enterprise and consumer audiences across B2B and B2C verticals. This role is fully on-site and will be based in Pune or Navi Mumbai, contributing directly to product design, user research, and cross-functional delivery.

Primary title: Product Designer

Role & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UI/UX for web and mobile features: translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes ready for engineering handoff.
Run user research and usability testing (qualitative and quantitative), synthesize insights, and convert findings into prioritized design improvements.
Create interactive prototypes and detailed UI specifications using modern design tools to validate flows and accelerate development.
Define and maintain a scalable design system and component library to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to iterate on designs, resolve implementation questions, and ensure pixel-accurate delivery.
Measure design impact using UX metrics and analytics; advocate user-centered decisions in sprint planning and design reviews.
