About The Role

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improves how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.

We're looking for a Data Analyst who can dig into our complex databases, look for the root cause of a problem, and design their own solutions by writing code to implement them.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting, setting up the local approach
  • Analysing and structuring end-to-end data flows across products, systems, and vendors
  • Building data quality checks, and control frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
  • Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions
  • Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality
  • Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying close attention to detail
  • Collaborating with business and technology teams to align on data requirements and business logic

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Impressive SQL skills and a solid understanding of complex data systems
  • Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipelines
  • The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications efficiently
  • Great collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • To be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to deliver under time pressure
  • Experience in financial institutions across controllership, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, or FP&A
  • Knowledge of regulatory or accounting-driven data use cases, including reconciliation and controls

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-growing or scaling fintechs
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
