Conduct user research, both qualitative and quantitative, and analyze and present insights to the product team. Analyze and follow up user research.
? Design user flows and interfaces for our digital services in the Retail area with the user in focus.
? Work closely with our product owners and other stakeholders within PostNord.Relevant education in interaction design, service design or equivalent field.? Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
? At least 3 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer for mobile apps.
? Experience in planning and executing user tests.
? The ability to analyze and design user flows and know UX best practices.
? Has experience designing UI for mobile apps and good insight into the design systems for iOS and Android.
? Understands the basics of graphic design and typography.
? Have worked with, or even developed, UI libraries in Figma.? Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design must fit into our brand and into a digital ecosystem.
? Understands the basics of how to design for accessibility and the WCAG requirements.
? Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
? Proficient in both Swedish and English.Worked on designing UI for web.
? Knowledge and experience in UX writing.
? Understands IT processes such as Scrum and Agile.
