Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor application performance using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to prevent production issues.
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Shell/Bash.
- Support Unix/Linux, databases, Apache Tomcat, and DevOps pipelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Application troubleshooting in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, and Bash scripting.
- Strong Unix/Linux and SQL knowledge (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/Cassandra).
- Experience with Apache Tomcat and basic DevOps pipeline support.
