Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor application performance using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to prevent production issues.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python/Shell/Bash.
  • Support Unix/Linux, databases, Apache Tomcat, and DevOps pipelines.


Required Skills:


  • Strong experience in Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Application troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, Shell, and Bash scripting.
  • Strong Unix/Linux and SQL knowledge (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/Cassandra).
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat and basic DevOps pipeline support.
