We are looking for an experienced Web3 Wallet Technical Director to lead the architecture, security design, and development of our multi-chain wallet infrastructure.

This role is mission-critical. You will own the design and implementation of secure, scalable, high-performance wallet systems supporting multiple public blockchains.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Server-Side Wallet Architecture

• Design and develop backend wallet systems including account models, transaction building, signing, and broadcasting.
• Ensure high throughput and stability under large-scale transaction loads.
• Optimize wallet services for performance, scalability, and resilience.

Multi-Chain Integration

• Support EVM chains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.)
• Integrate BTC, Solana, Tron and other major public chains.
• Build and maintain secure hot wallet systems across multiple blockchains.
• Ensure cross-chain compatibility and operational stability.

Private Key & Security Management

• Implement and maintain secure private key management systems.
• Prevent key leakage and unauthorized access.
• Design risk control and anti-attack mechanisms.

Cryptographic Signing

• Implement and optimize signature algorithms (ECDSA, EdDSA, etc.).
• Ensure transaction authenticity and integrity.

Transaction Security

• Develop and maintain deposit, collection, and withdrawal workflows.
• Protect against replay attacks, double-spend risks, and abnormal transaction behavior.
• Monitor wallet-related security risks and respond proactively.

Monitoring & Incident Handling

• Monitor system health and performance.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.

Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Establish clear system architecture standards for the engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Computer Science or related field).
• 4+ years of cryptocurrency development experience.
• Proven experience building decentralized wallet systems.
• Strong understanding of:
• HD wallets
• Hot wallet architecture
• Multi-chain wallet design
• Mnemonics, private keys, signing, transaction construction & broadcasting
• Hands-on experience with secure deposit/collection/withdrawal systems.
• Deep knowledge of private key security and cryptographic algorithms.
• Strong familiarity with multiple mainnet protocols and node interaction.
• Proficient in Go, Java, or similar backend languages.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed service architecture.
• Strong security mindset and practical experience mitigating crypto risks.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
