We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer with deep Node.js expertise who operates at the intersection of platform engineering and organizational technical leadership. You’ve built full-stack platform systems that engineering teams depend on at scale, you bring TypeScript mastery across the entire stack, and you know how to make architecture decisions that age well. You’ll be defining the technical foundation of the platform that enables AI and machine learning workflows for one of the world’s largest enterprise engineering organizations — a role where your decisions shape how teams build for years to come.

What You’ll Do:

- Define the technical architecture of Node.js-based platform services powering enterprise AI and ML workflows.

- Set organization-wide engineering standards for backend development, TypeScript usage, and platform design.

- Lead the most complex and high-impact full-stack initiatives across engineering teams.

- Serve as the technical authority for Node.js and platform architecture decisions across the organization.

- Partner with senior leadership and ML teams to align platform strategy with long-term product goals.

- Mentor staff and senior engineers, elevating the technical capability of the engineering organization.

What We Are Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in IT roles.

- 5+ years of experience with Node.js as a primary language, with strong full-stack background.

- Expert-level TypeScript depth, including deep familiarity with webpack, Babel, NestJS, and related tooling.

- Extensive experience with Kubernetes-native platform architecture at enterprise scale.

- Meaningful background in AI/ML platform products or workflows.

- Demonstrated leadership driving cross-team architecture decisions at Principal or equivalent level.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
