ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client an Infrastructure Project Manager(F/M/X)

The Project Manager is responsible for the complete preparation, planning, coordination, and successful execution of the SECaaS2 project and a series of strategic infrastructure projects within the FASFC. These projects significantly support the realization of the NIS2 compliance requirements.

Primary Priority

The first priority is the project for exiting the shared G-Cloud tenant, which must be fully completed before the start of the SECaaS2 transition. This project forms the necessary foundation for a sound identity, access, and security architecture. The rationale for this project is:

• SECaaS2 cannot offer a separate MDR for members of the shared tenant; a dedicated tenant is required.

• The FASFC already has its own Microsoft tenant, but users currently remain defined within the G- Cloud tenant.

• NIS2 compliance becomes significantly easier in a dedicated tenant structure, especially in combination with SECaaS2.

This project should separate all identities and dependencies from the shared tenant, with minimal impact on users and service provision.

Following this, the Project Manager will assume project management for the SECaaS2 project on behalf of the FASFC. The SECaaS2 implementation will be carried out by an external partner.

The project objectives are:

• Implementing an integrated security and MDR platform that efficiently supports the NIS2

standards.

• Outsourcing operational tasks such as detection, protection, monitoring, and MDR to a specialized provider, while retaining strategic responsibility for the FASFC.

• Establishing a modern, scalable, and manageable security architecture that is consistent with the new identity structure and supports future expansions.

In addition to SECaaS2-related projects, the Project Manager will also be responsible for (or contribute to) the follow-up of other critical infrastructure and security projects such as network segmentation, MFA/IGA selection, migration from SCCM to Intune, and data anonymization. The exact projects assigned to the Project Manager will be determined at a later stage.

Required Experience & Skills

Project Management

• 10 years of experience leading complex IT infrastructure projects. 10 years of experience with Prince2 or a similar methodology.

• 4 years of experience with stakeholder management, vendor follow-up, and reporting.

Security & Cloud

• 4 years of experience with cloud and tenant migrations or cloud introductions.

• 4 years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID (tenants, identity architecture).

• Basic knowledge of NIS2.

Network & Infrastructure

• Basic knowledge of network architecture, segmentation, and firewalling.

• Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

• Basic knowledge of endpoint management (SCCM, Intune).

• Basic knowledge of SAN environments.

Data & Privacy

• 2 years of experience with GDPR concepts.

• 2 years of experience with data anonymization or data classification.

The Ideal Candidate

• Can manage multiple complex projects in parallel, including security and infrastructure projects.

• Experienced in collaborating with external vendors and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Combines practical technical knowledge of identity, cloud, and networking with a strategic perspective.

• Results-oriented, structured, proactive, and decisive.

Languages

• Native language: Dutch or French. The other language must be fluent.
