Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Developer to join our team on-site in Paris. The AI Developer will work on designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models, tools and solutions tailored for the life sciences industry. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with our life sciences consulting teams to drive innovation in AI-powered pharmaceutical and strategic consulting solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Software Development
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing techniques and open source LLM models
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency
• Programming expertise in relevant languages such as Python, R, or Java
• ability to leverage latest AI developing tools (eg Claude Code) to accelerate works and enhance productivity
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical-related projects is a plus
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
