In this role, you'll join our Experience Studio, a global multidisciplinary team that transforms strategic objectives into innovative events. You'll become part of the 15-person team in Germany and create meaningful events for our corporate clients.
What You'll Do
- As part of a smaller project team, you will mainly support a client account where we manage their yearly around 200 VIP events in the category’s art, sport, celebrity, gourmet
- Collaborate with different stakeholders on client side as well as internally and with third parties & freelancers
- Attendee Management & event communication interface for app & newsletters
- Coordinate branding materials and storage
- Manage and monitor timelines and budgets precisely
- Briefing of suppliers and onsite management for some of the events
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of small and medium size events, fostering new ideas and ensuring effective communication within the team and to the client
- Admin task such as filing in a meeting management tool & supporting the senior event management
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position at an event, marketing, or communications agency or on the corporate side
- Professional usage of MS Office tools
- Native-level German, confident business English
- Project management skills, passion for detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Empathy and ability to put yourself in clients' shoes
