Lead Product Manager

Location: Dublin - hybrid
Salary: €120K base plus benefits

A high-growth fintech SaaS company is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a core data-driven product used by global clients. This is a high-impact role where you'll own product direction end-to-end, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, and return on investment.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work closely with engineering, data, go-to-market, and leadership teams to translate insight into measurable value. You'll be trusted to make decisions, prioritise initiatives, and lead product outcomes in a mature agile environment.

• Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for a core product or module as a Senior Product Manager

• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify and validate roadmap opportunities

• Build strong investment cases, prioritising initiatives based on cost, value, risk, and ROI

• Partner closely with engineering teams to lead agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery

• Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, data, security, and engagement teams
  
  

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in an agile environment

• Proven experience creating and delivering product roadmaps backed by data and validation

• Strong understanding of UX, user research methods, and product discovery techniques

• Experience working on data-driven products and with external data providers

• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
