Join a leading international banking organisation and play a key role in supporting the growth and evolution of their Corporate and Institutional Banking business in Ireland. As Senior Sales Manager you will work with the Regional Treasury Centres of multinational companies operating locally and regionally, supporting international expansion through innovative financial solutions. This role combines business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and solution delivery, ensuring clients benefit from best-in-class payments and liquidity capabilities across global markets.
The Job:
- Promote and deliver Global Payment Solutions to corporate clients in Ireland
- Develop, grow, & manage a portfolio of Regional Treasury Centres
- Lead or support complex sales processes and deal structuring, including RFI and RFP responses
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption within existing client relationships
- Analyse client revenue drivers, transaction flows, assets, and liabilities to inform solution design
- Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation, and Client Services teams to ensure effective delivery
- Work in partnership with senior stakeholders across coverage and product teams to support commercial objectives
The Candidate:
- Strong track record in Global Payment Solutions, treasury services, or transaction banking sales
- Demonstrable expertise in payments and liquidity products, including ERP, TMS, banking channels, SWIFT and pooling solutions
- Ability to structure innovative solutions for complex payments and collections challenges.
- Proven cash management product knowledge and industry insight
- Direct experience dealing with Treasury Directors and senior finance staff
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
