- Support clients in navigating our services and ensuring satisfaction from the first point of contact
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and create a seamless customer experience
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement
- Stay informed about local market trends and cultural context to tailor services to the needs of Turkish-speaking clients
- Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software applications is a plus
