Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager – Fund Services to join our journey.

• Lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects across fund accounting, transfer agency, custody and depositary functions.
• Define and own end-to-end project governance, delivery frameworks, timelines and milestones.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders from business, operations, IT, legal, compliance and external partners.
• Take full ownership of scope, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee the definition, validation and approval of complex business and functional requirements.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and data protection considerations are fully embedded into project delivery.
• Steer technical and operational teams to ensure successful implementation and transition into BAU.
• Chair and manage senior governance forums, including Steering Committees.
• Provide clear, concise and decision-oriented reporting to executive and senior management.
• Act as a trusted delivery lead, challenging stakeholders where required to ensure successful outcomes.

How do we imagine our future Project Manager – Fund Services ?

• Significant experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives in asset management or fund services.
• Deep understanding of fund accounting, transfer agency, custody and depositary operating models.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional and multi-location project teams.
• Strong experience managing senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivery in highly regulated environments.
• Strong governance, risk and control mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
• High level of autonomy, accountability and decision-making capability.
• Fluency in French and English both.
