Our mission is to automate sports content creation - both data and video - supporting the products and services we deliver to our partners. The potential to transform the global sports landscape is immense, and we are still at the early stages of this journey.
THE CHALLENGE
As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will play a key role in extracting deep, meaningful sports data from video. You will work across complex and exciting areas such as player and ball tracking, segmentation, re-identification, 3D localization, and event detection. Your contributions will directly influence how millions of people experience sport.
In this role, you will:
- Research, design, implement, compare, integrate, and optimize state-of-the-art CV algorithms for current and future products
- Automate and simplify processes currently handled manually
- Integrate research prototypes into stable, production-ready systems operating under real-time constraints
- Write clean, scalable, well-structured, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and support the development of shared internal libraries
- Stay up to date with advancements in CV and apply them meaningfully
- Collaborate closely with a distributed team of engineers and researchers, contributing to a culture of knowledge-sharing and technical excellence
ABOUT YOU
You are motivated by solving real-world problems through computer vision and enjoy bridging the gap between research and production. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and bring a thoughtful, quality-driven approach to engineering.
You bring:
- Professional experience in computer vision and machine learning, such as multi-object tracking, segmentation, event detection, 3D estimation, projective geometry, classic image processing, and model evaluation
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data-science libraries
- Understanding of software engineering principles such as design patterns and SOLID
- Experience with modern development workflows including Git, agile collaboration, and code reviews
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style
- Creativity, problem-solving ability, and an innovation-focused mindset
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We aim to make our recruitment experience transparent, human, and supportive. You will always know what to expect at each stage.
Initial Screening
A short conversation with our Talent Acquisition Partner to learn more about your background, interests, and expectations.
Technical Interview (2 hours)
A single, combined technical stage designed to be fair, structured, and respectful of your time.
Part 1: One-on-one coding exercise (30 to 45 minutes)
You will complete a live coding task with one of our leads. Please have your IDE ready. You may use an AI copilot if you wish, but the interview begins with it disabled. You should be able to enable or disable it quickly, as we may ask you to do so during the exercise.
Part 2: Technical and experience discussion (remaining time)
If the coding exercise goes well, two experts will continue the interview. This part focuses on your previous work, your technical thinking, and how you approach engineering challenges.
Final Steps
We provide feedback and, if successful, move forward to an offer. Our goal is always to ensure the process feels clear, fair, and respectful.
