ABOUT THE TEAM

The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly financial closing process and prepare accurate IFRS-compliant financial statements for international entities.
• Coordination and preparation of financial analysis for international operations
• Coordination of annual and local audits with various internal groups and external auditors,
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of company accounts through regular reviews and verification of financial records for international financials
• Developing and regular monitoring of key financial and operational KPIs,
• Drive improvements to the financial systems to leverage value creation,
• Leading the development, modification, and documentation of accounting procedures of new International business models.

Qualities We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
• Finance, Economics and relevant areas,
• Big4 or experience in financial reporting & control at least 3 years,
• Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting fundamentals, financial control, budget and reporting,
• Strong financial modelling, MS Excel skills and ability to build and comprehend complex models when required,
• Ability to think strategically; go beyond the numbers and to think logically about underlying business drivers and issues,
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required,
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, meet strict deadlines and to be able to prioritise to meet those deadlines,
• Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,
• A self-starter, ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision,
• Excellent communication and solid leadership skills,
• SAP experience is a plus.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
