We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join Toluna’s Product management team in Timisoara, to support our data management/visualization module for the internal users.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with all stakeholders to build the roadmap to drive the execution of our solutions strategy
• Author product requirement document (PRDs)
• Carry out product review, coordinate user acceptance testing, train the trainers
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of success metrics
• Participate in finding and troubleshooting faults and identify process improvements;
• Prioritize tasks and help coordinate the team's efforts, that includes discussions with stakeholders on one hand, and with engineers/testers and graphics designers on the other hand;

Your profile:

• 5+ years Product Management experience, owning complex B2B SaaS or platform products
• Proven ownership of data-intensive products (analytics, insights, or platforms)
• Understanding of AI / ML concepts with experience shipping AI-powered features
• Ability to translate AI and data capabilities into clear customer value
• Experience working with data pipelines and analytics stacks
• Solid product judgment in ambiguous environments; able to lead without detailed requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Experience working in distributed / remote teams with engineering, design, and data science
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in market research, insights, or analytics platform
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, custom dashboards)
• Experience with AI-driven automation of research or analytics workflows
• Prior experience leading 0→1 or major platform transformation initiatives
