We are currently working with a young, fast-growing company with sky-high ambitions to reinvent personal wealth management using the latest technology, simplifying complex decisions so people can take control of their financial future.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer who thinks like a product owner, acts like a founder, and ships like an engineer. This isn’t a “ticket-taker” role. You’ll own problems end-to-end — talk to users, dig into data, prototype fast, ship quickly, and keep iterating based on real outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and UX, helping shape not only how we build, but what we build and why.

Role

• Own features end-to-end: discovery, prototype, production
• Make key architecture decisions as the platform scales (secure, reliable, privacy-first)
• Build with sensitive financial + behavioural data, with strong data protection focus
• Turn ambiguous ideas into shipped product fast iterate, experiment, improve
• Help shape product direction by working closely with users and stakeholders

What they’re looking for

• 7+ years shipping customer-facing products (SaaS / fintech a plus)
• Strong product mindset: usability, workflows, outcomes
• Comfortable with ambiguity, tradeoffs, and moving fast
• Experience with analytics/experimentation and learning from user behaviour
• Bonus: using AI tools to speed up prototyping/personalisation; startup experience
