As of 2024, Kepler has expanded its international operations by launching services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and opening its third location at Riga International Airport, now operating across three different countries.
In line with our growth, we are seeking a People & Culture Specialist to join our organization.
- Creating, maintaining, and regularly updating employee personnel files
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interview processes
- Supporting workforce planning activities
- Conducting training needs analysis and coordinating employee development programs
- Supporting internal communication processes and collecting employee feedback
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction
- Supporting performance evaluation and compensation management processes
- Ensuring People & Culture practices are aligned with Labor Law No. 4857 and related legislation
- Ensuring People & Culture processes comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Organizing People & Culture activities, monitoring participation, and supporting continuous development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People & Culture functions
- Advanced written and verbal English skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
- Experience with People & Culture systems or digital tools is an asset.
