What Do We Expect from You?


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, primarily focused on payroll operations, with strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes,
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills,
  • Result oriented with problem solving and analytical approach,
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HR & Payroll system,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.




Basic Functions:


  • Manage payroll and personnel processes in full compliance with current labor legislation and ensure that all legal updates are properly implemented,
  • Monitor the Personnel Attendance Control System (PDKS) on a daily basis and ensure alignment with payroll processes,
  • Support monthly payroll calculation and payment processes, performing necessary checks and controls,
  • Handle correspondence and follow-up processes with official institutions such as the Social Security Institution (SGK), İŞKUR, and other regulatory authorities,
  • Ensure that hiring and termination notifications are completed accurately and within the legally required timeframes,
  • Closely monitor labor law and related legislative changes, ensuring proper internal communication and implementation,
  • Manage and track employee disciplinary processes in compliance with labor regulations,
  • Build and maintain a candidate pool and conduct recruitment processes, particularly for blue-collar positions,
  • Prepare and present monthly HR reports to relevant managers.
