As we scale our operations across the EMEA region, we are looking for a visionary Product Manager based in the UAE to join our international team. You will be the strategic bridge between our technology and the market, working across time zones with our hubs in London, Riyadh, Toronto, and Los Angeles.

This is a high-impact role for a professional with 4–7 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will own the roadmap for products at the cutting edge of AI, including:

• Regional Platform Evolution: Localizing and scaling AI-driven features for the GCC market.
• Enterprise Integrations: Managing the product lifecycle for API syncs with global and regional HRIS partners.
• User Experience Excellence: Overseeing the UX/UI journey for our "Verified Talent" ecosystem.
• Product Roadmap: Aligning technical sprints with aggressive regional business expansion goals.

• Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring every feature drives clear ROI for our enterprise clients.
• Cross-Hub Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between our engineering teams and global leadership.
• Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into the UAE and Saudi labor markets to identify high-growth opportunities.
• Agile Leadership: Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and lead "Build-Measure-Learn" cycles.
• Communication: Lead product reviews and provide concise, data-driven updates to the executive team.

• Experience: 4–7 years as a Product Manager in the Tech/SaaS or AI sector.
• Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (Essential). Arabic is a significant advantage for regional stakeholder management, but not mandatory.
• Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable with a "scale-up" pace where you shape the strategy as we grow.
• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency with Jira, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Figma.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering. An MBA is a plus.
