- Salary: 20400.00 Euros per annum

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and monitor customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for quality, compliance, and service excellence.
- Provide actionable feedback to agents, highlighting areas of improvement and celebrating successes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop improvement plans and training programs.
- Ensure that customer service policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.
- Analyze performance trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving overall service quality.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying pain points and offering solutions.
