Role Overview

As a Product Manager at BoomerangFX, you will drive our product vision and create SaaS-based software products that our customers love. This role is responsible for the success of the product throughout the entire lifecycle—from concept and research, through discovery, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Product Managers ensure new features and capabilities are intuitive, effective, and solve customer problems in the right way.

In addition to managing core product initiatives, you will also help monitor, advance, and operationalize AI-driven projects—ensuring our innovative use of AI delivers real, measurable value to clients and aligns with our long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of BoomerangFX’s products, customer challenges, and the private-pay healthcare space to deliver solutions that drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Assist with the advancement of AI initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to scope, monitor, and move projects forward from concept to implementation.
• Build business cases for product investments, incorporating usability studies, research, and market/competitive analysis to support recommendations and trade-offs.
• Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps informed by customer input, stakeholder feedback, and competitive/market research.
• Develop product specifications, define scope, and partner with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality features and capabilities.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and inform decisions.
• Support go-to-market planning and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launch readiness and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven Product Management experience in software, ideally SaaS.
• A passion for building products that are valuable, usable, viable, reliable, and scalable—with a demonstrated focus on user experience and customer impact.
• Understanding of modern SaaS technologies and platforms, and what it takes to build and maintain systems that scale.
• Technical acumen with the ability to hold credible conversations with Engineering on trade-offs, technologies, scalability, and security.
• Experience in AI/ML product development or oversight is a strong asset.
• Strategic thinker who is analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter able to turn ambiguity into a clear, concise roadmap.
• Strong communicator with the ability to develop a point of view, collaborate diplomatically, and rally teams around a shared vision.
