We are expanding our digital asset strategy and are looking for a Listings Lead (Crypto Exchange & DEX) to help oversee the token listing process. You will work across CEX and DEX, coordinating the evaluation, due diligence, and market preparation of tokens for exchange listings, while developing strong relationships with partners and exchanges. As the Listings Lead (Crypto Exchange & DEX), you will manage the token listing process for GreenDev’s portfolio of tokens, collaborating with cross-functional teams, exchanges, and project partners. You will work closely with investment managers to evaluate and analyze tokens for listing on both centralized and decentralized exchanges, ensuring that they meet market, liquidity, and compliance requirements. This role also involves relationship management with exchanges and legal teams, as well as ensuring the smooth execution of listings.

We are seeking a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for the crypto space, who can bring creativity, project management skills, and an understanding of tokenomics to ensure successful token listings.

• Manage the token listing process for both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Collaborate with the investment team to assess and evaluate tokenomics, market viability, and strategic fit for listing.
• Communicate with exchange teams, legal departments, and project partners to ensure compliance and coordination of listing efforts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for potential token listings.
• Develop processes and frameworks to optimize the token listing pipeline, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment.
• Monitor token liquidity post-listing, working with exchanges and teams to ensure smooth trading.
• Foster strong relationships with exchanges and maintain an ongoing exchange listing calendar.
• Contribute to the overall digital asset strategy and ensure tokens align with GreenDev’s long-term goals.

• 3+ years of experience in the crypto space (could be in partnerships, project management, marketing, or research).
• Experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tokenomics and the basic structure of blockchain ecosystems.
• Understanding of centralized and decentralized exchanges (CEX/DEX) or willingness to quickly learn.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and a passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.

Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 USD per year
