As part of expanding our digital asset portfolio, we are looking for a Token Listing Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in evaluating and managing the listing process for tokens on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of GreenDev’s digital assets strategy and develop expertise in token evaluations and exchange listings.

As the Token Listing Analyst, you will help manage the end-to-end process for token evaluations and listings across both centralized and decentralized exchanges. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess the viability of tokens for listing, ensuring they meet all compliance and market requirements.

In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of tokenomics, token supply models, and market dynamics, contributing directly to GreenDev’s strategic approach to digital assets. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career in crypto and blockchain investments.

• Evaluate and analyze tokens for listing on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges
• Perform due diligence on tokenomics, market liquidity, and project sustainability
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure tokens meet regulatory requirements
• Coordinate listing processes, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking progress
• Assess the long-term viability of token ecosystems and potential market impact
• Produce research reports and summaries to support listing recommendations
• Develop relationships with exchanges to ensure smooth listing processes
• Monitor token performance and assist in post-listing evaluations to assess liquidity and market activity

• 2+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital asset analysis
• Knowledge of tokenomics, including token supply models, emissions, and governance
• Familiarity with centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in research or evaluation roles
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to the fast-evolving crypto market
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams

Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 USD per year
