We are seeking a motivated and innovative AI Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, with practical experience in real-world AI applications.

This role involves working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to build scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work with large datasets to build predictive and generative AI systems.
• Implement NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems based on project needs.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Deploy AI models using cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Work with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and tools like Scikit-learn.
• Build APIs and integrate models into production environments.
• Ensure model monitoring, retraining, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
• Understanding of supervised & unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of Generative AI applications.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in model deployment and monitoring.
• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
