- Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analysis and documentation preparation
- Plan and organize meetings, compiling agendas and minutes as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information while performing various administrative functions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors for pricing and terms
- Previous experience in a home-buying or real estate-related environment
