What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analysis and documentation preparation
  • Plan and organize meetings, compiling agendas and minutes as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information while performing various administrative functions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors for pricing and terms
  • Previous experience in a home-buying or real estate-related environment
