- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Handle the CEO's inbox, screening and responding to emails and other communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including preparing documentation and analyses
- Plan and organize meetings, taking minutes and reporting back to the CEO
- Assist with vendor negotiations and resource bidding for the company
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in developing client-ready presentations and materials
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with task management software for tracking key action items
