AMINA India is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMINA Bank AG. AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management, mid/back-office & IT operations and more recently technology and product.

We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. As part of our growth plans, we are looking for an IT System Engineer. In this role, you will report to the Head of IT Operations, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover the AMINA’s Service Desk, triaging and handling incoming service requests, end-user support issues as well as incidents.
• Provide direct user support for Windows and OSX desktops and laptops including required administrative tasks on related server applications.
• Participate in additionally remunerated on-call rotations to support 24/7 operation.
• Perform configuration tasks on Microsoft 365, Intune, Conditional Access and Intune compliance Policy, Entra ID, AD and other systems.
• SharePoint Administration.
• IT service Management (ITIL Certified preferred) and fundamental knowledge on incident-, and problem management.
• Ability to manage project activities as needed such as migrations or new initiatives.
• Asset and Vendor Management, e.g. for new vendors manage vendor acquisition process.
• CCTV and access Control Management.
• Ensure systems are regularly patched as well as respond to urgent patching requests in case of newly discovered vulnerabilities.
• Provide 1st level support for select business applications operated in-house.
• Maintain high quality documentation and accurate information within the configuration management database.
• Actively automate repetitive tasks through scripting or workflow automation tools.

• Required Experience & Skills
• With 6+ years of Strong Microsoft Windows Operating system know-how.
• Strong OSX Operating system know-how.
• Proven track-record of support of Windows and Mac corporate laptops in a regulated environment.
• Understanding Windows based Server infrastructure, the Azure cloud.
• Proven track-record of experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune on Windows and OSX (Mac).
• Microsoft MD-102 certification. Other Microsoft certifications are a strong plus.
• Good understanding of IT networking and security.
• Dynamic, proactive attitude; able to work independently and hit the ground running.
