We are looking for a high-impact Strategic & Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of business strategy and analytics, directly influencing company-wide decisions and executive planning.

The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, business-oriented, and comfortable operating between technical teams and executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Business & Strategic Analytics

  • Translate company priorities into measurable KPIs and structured dashboards
  • Support executive reporting and performance visibility across leadership
  • Develop weekly and monthly business review materials
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational performance, profitability, growth, and efficiency
  • Support quarterly and annual strategic planning cycles through insights and performance tracking


Data Structuring & Quality

  • Build and maintain reliable datasets to support reporting needs
  • Create and manage basic ETL processes when needed
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Optimize reporting processes for scalability


Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, and Commercial teams
  • Improve metric alignment and reporting consistency across departments
  • Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Superset, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience working with structured datasets and data modeling concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and with senior leadership


Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Career Path & Scope Definition

Based on strengths, experience, and business priorities, this role may evolve into one of two focus tracks:

Track A – Strategy & Planning Focus

  • Executive-level reporting
  • Business case development
  • Strategic planning cycles
  • High visibility role with exposure to executive leadership


Track B – Data & Analytics Focus

  • Deep dive into dashboards and performance metrics
  • Advanced data analysis
  • Process optimization through data insights


Final scope and reporting line will be defined based on the selected candidate’s profile and company priorities.
