ServiceNow Business Analyst

Senovo IT is urgently looking for ServiceNow Business analyst for a fully remote contract role

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team.
• Analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for ServiceNow platform enhancements.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process mapping with end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal platform performance.
• Assist in designing and testing new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve workflows and business processes using ServiceNow capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow implementation and optimization.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, dynamic environment.
