Project Manager – Contract (ASAP Start | Until End of 2026 | Likely Extension)

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a major decoupling initiative across on-prem systems in preparation for a multi-year transformation and cloud migration program.

This role requires someone who is practical, multidisciplinary, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves across PM, BA, change, testing, and technical coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a technical decoupling project involving multiple teams and system dependencies
• Manage timelines, risk, budget, scope, and stakeholder communication
• Liaise with technical teams, architects, SMEs, and business stakeholders
• Support tasks across analysis, change, testing, and solution coordination as needed
• Prepare foundations for the organisation’s 2027 student system migration

Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on Project Management experience across both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Experience working across complex integration landscapes
• Database migration to cloud (highly desirable)
• Background in higher education, particularly with Callista or Student Management Systems (advantageous)
