About the job Business Analyst Marketing Automation Consultant
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst Marketing Automation. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Mission Context
Within the client’s Tribe Customers, the mission is to ensure the organization knows its customers and can interact with them accordingly. The team focuses on providing access to correct and up-to-date customer data, managing each phase of the customer lifecycle, and facilitating customer relationship-related interactions. You will join a team of professionals dedicated to supporting personalized customer interactions and contributing to the client’s purpose as a trusted partner.
Function Description & Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional expert for Adobe Campaign, driving the analysis, design, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and data integrations.
- Ensure seamless alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and regulatory compliance within the Adobe Campaign ecosystem.
- Adobe Campaign Requirements & Solution Design:
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements for Adobe Campaign, including campaign workflows, dynamic content personalization, data model and schema extensions, and integration with CRM/other systems.
- Translate marketing strategies into technical specifications for Adobe Campaign, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Define use cases, user stories, and process flows tailored to Adobe Campaign’s capabilities.
- Workflow & Campaign Optimization:
- Design, configure, and optimize Adobe Campaign workflows for performance, efficiency, and error handling.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in collaboration with administrators and IT teams.
- Data & Compliance Governance:
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within Adobe Campaign, particularly for regulated communications.
- Define data mapping and synchronization rules between Adobe Campaign and other systems.
- Document audit trails and approval processes for mandatory or high-risk campaigns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, IT, and Adobe Campaign administrators.
- Conduct workshops and demos to gather input, validate designs, and train end-users.
- Support user acceptance testing by defining test cases.
- End-to-End Project Ownership:
- Take full ownership of Adobe Campaign-related projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Manage requirements traceability and impact analysis for changes.
- Collaborate with external vendors or Adobe support to resolve platform limitations or customization needs.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay updated on Adobe Campaign updates, features, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes or enhance existing workflows.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across teams.
- Hands-on Adobe Campaign implementation expertise, from configuration and testing to change management and launch.
- Experience in regulated environments, especially compliance-driven communications.
- Autonomous and proactive, able to own Adobe Campaign projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Technical acumen, comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and integrations with IT teams while translating needs for marketing stakeholders.
- Experience with other marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Masters or Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Business Experience (mandatory):
- Translating marketing objectives into Adobe Campaign requirements.

- Documenting functional specifications for campaigns, workflows, and data integrations.
- Acting as the primary liaison between marketing teams and IT/Adobe admins.
- Facilitating workshops, demos, and sign-offs to validate requirements.
- Managing conflicting priorities between business needs and technical constraints.
- Ensuring regulated communications comply with internal/external rules.
- Documenting audit trails for mandatory or high-risk campaigns.
- Defining test cases for UAT and validating campaign outputs against business requirements.
- Driving end-to-end delivery of Adobe Campaign projects with minimal supervision.
- Managing requirements traceability and impact analysis for changes.
- Business Experience (preferable):
- Experience in change management and driving Adobe Campaign adoption across teams.
- Collaborating with external vendors or Adobe partners for complex implementations.
- Understanding omnichannel marketing strategies and aligning Adobe Campaign capabilities with customer journey mapping.
- Experience in highly regulated industries with strict communication rules.
- Familiarity with mandatory communications initiatives.
- Identifying automation opportunities and standardizing templates, naming conventions, and workflows.
- Keeping abreast of marketing automation trends and exploring emerging Adobe Campaign features.
