A well-established and growing healthcare provider / home care organisation in Dublin South is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.This is a broad, generalist HR position acting as the main point of contact for all people operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance matters. You will partner with senior leadership to drive best practice in HR policy, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and people management processes
- Ensure compliance with Irish Employment Law, HR best practice, GDPR, and regulatory standards
- Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and IR matters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning
- Support recruitment campaigns and job fairs (Ireland and occasional EU travel)
- Oversee HR administration including work permits, visa applications, contracts, starters/leavers and probation management
- Prepare HR reports, KPI dashboards, absenteeism tracking and management reporting
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing and HRIS data integrity
- Maintain audit-ready documentation in line with healthcare compliance requirements
- Deliver training and contribute to employee engagement, learning & development initiatives
- Support strategic HR projects aligned with business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist / HR Advisor / standalone HR role
- Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law and employee relations
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent HR qualification) – essential
- Experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, compliance and performance management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems / HRIS
