Position: Software Engineering Evaluator
Type: Contractor (Hourly contract)
Compensation: $150/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Curate, build, and correct high-quality code examples for AI model training across Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Design verification mechanisms and agents to validate software engineering solutions and identify error patterns.
- Assess AI capabilities across the full software engineering lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve enterprise-grade AI-driven coding solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience at a top-tier product company.
- Strong expertise in building full-stack, production-grade applications using modern programming languages and tools.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code quality assessment.
- Ability to evaluate complex codebases and provide clear, structured feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
