Your Mission

• Build and maintain our SaaS products developed in React and C#, delivering real features that clients depend on every day.
• Develop and maintain integrations connecting our products to customer ERPs, accounting systems, and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Work within the Azure ecosystem — Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL — across the full stack.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint, SPFx, and Power Apps model-driven applications as part of our client delivery work.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code as a natural part of your development workflow to move faster and smarter.
• Work closely with our experienced Tech Lead and Delivery Lead, who handle business logic and delivery specifications — so you can stay focused on building.

Who You Are

• You are eager to learn and genuinely open. Technologies, platforms, approaches — you pick things up fast and don't wait to be shown twice.
• You are pragmatic and focused on shipping. You build what solves the problem, you do it well, and you move forward. You are open to better ideas and new approaches, and you welcome them.
• You have a solid foundation in React and C# / .NET and are comfortable working across the full stack independently.
• You have some exposure to or curiosity about Microsoft 365 technologies — SharePoint, SPFx, Power Apps. You don't need to know them deeply, but you are comfortable stepping into unfamiliar territory.
• You see AI-assisted development as the direction things are heading, not as a threat. Whether you are already using AI tools daily or are actively looking to get there, this mindset is important to us.
